    • The future is skidless VarioLoc from Eisenmann is a modular conveyor system that enables skidless paint shops.

      The result VarioLoc: an innovative, reliable conveyor system that combines multiple, thoroughly tried-andtrusted technologies. VarioLoc travels along a rail in the floor, moving vehicle bodies through the paint shop. VarioLoc comprises a cross-beam, optical sensors, a current collector, a control unit, and a drive. The speed of the drive can be varied between zero and 120 meters per minute. As a result, VarioLoc can convey its assigned body through the entire paint shop, adjusting its speed in accordance with the relevant process step. Cycle times and throughput can therefore be flexibly managed to obtain optimum results. The modular design allows the solution to be tailored to the specific application, with three versions available: 1D, 2D and 3D. 1D Loc can move forwards and backwards. The two dimensional version can negotiate corners, and 3D Loc can manage both corners and inclines.

                  Variable circular conveyor system The mechanically simple structure of the circular conveyor system, whose core element is a universal joint link-plate chain, guarantees reliable function and long service life. It also withstands dirt, moisture and temperatures of up to 250° C without any problems. Dipping plants with ascending or descending slopes are fitted with several drives when there is correspondingly high pressure on the chain. Automatic lubricating devices are available to reduce the chain tension.

                • Variable spindle conveyor system The Eisenmann spindle conveyor system is extremely variable and thus has versatile uses. The structure with a special lug with guide rollers and a system spindle head enables the use of various spindle holders: short spindles for oven areas, longer turning spindles with rotary hangers in the painting area. However, the system is extremely resistant to dirt, moisture and temperatures of up to 250° C. The Eisenmann spindle conveyor is mainly used in plastic paint shops and for painting wheels. In extensive, complex (wheel) paint shops, the various conveyor circles are linked using transmission robots. The varying demands of the painting and drying cycle are thus met in full.

                  This system combines the advantages of floor-mounted circular conveyors, multi-track spindle conveyors and skid conveyors with the benefits of conventional overhead power and free conveyors.                     The Moveable Hoist System has been especially developed for the process-safe transport of large and heavy loads during surface treatment and installation work. As a standard, the carrier set is rated for the transport of parts up to 10,000 kg in weight, however even higher loads can be transported if necessary. The modular conveyor system can travel both longitudinally and transversely and consists of passive trolleys and transfer bridges in any combination. The passive trolleys and passive carrier sets ensure high process reliability because due to their design and construction no functional components are necessary in the hot temperature area, for example.
