    • Very Narrow Aisle Reach Trucks

    • In some warehouses, aisles may be so narrow that a conventional forklift cannot turn around to leave the aisle after retrieving a pallet. In this case, you might need a narrow aisle truck, which has a slim profile and can use rotating forks to manoeuvre pallets in very small spaces. Our VNA truck, the TERGO URS, is perfect for this situation, and was the winner of the International Forklift of the Year award in 2015, in the warehouse truck category.
        • TERGO® URS

        • Swivel reach truck

A versatile very narrow aisle reach truck based on the chassis of the hugely successful Tergo reach truck. A forklift truck for working in very narrow aisles whilst providing effective free-range manoeuvrability outside the narrow-aisle store.

Featuring 180 degree fork rotation, the Tergo URS is a narrow aisle stacker primarily for use in guided aisles but with free-range ability outside the guided aisle. With transfer aisles as small as 3,700 mm the URS offers the opportunity to maximise space utilisation and storage capacity combined with the ability to free range throughout the whole building.

A perfect truck when working in combination with high level order pickers.
Resulting in the most suitable truck for stacking operations working alongside the most suitable truck for picking operations.

Allowing the operator to concentrate fully on the job of stacking, the truck is guided in the aisle by floor mounted rails or under-floor wire. The load can be raised as soon as the truck is in the aisle providing the performance gained from diagonal lift & travel. Typical work cycle times are 15-20% faster than free-range trucks. Options such as a pre-selector for quickly and accurately arriving at the correct storage level further enhances efficiency. And to provide the operator with maximum visibility a camera and monitor are available.

Featuring Dynamic Cornering Control (DCC). The smart technology that provides the best combination of increased safety and high performance. The URS with DCC fitted as standard automatically adjusts cornering speeds to allow maximum performance whilst also maintaining the highest level of safety.

With Ergologic all in one joystick control you have effortless control over all hydraulic functions. The neutral posture minimises muscle, tendon and nerve stress. The most ergonomic design in the whole of the fork lift industry.

        • Order pickers

        • Order pickers are flexible and manoeuvrable, and are used to assist and lift up their drivers for easier picking at low, medium and high levels. When not used for picking, these trucks can also be used for the transport or stacking of pallets.
            • OLP / OEP

            • Low-level order picker

Our O-Range of low level order picker trucks offer speed, efficiency and ergonomic design – essential factors in today’s demanding order picking environments.

The OLP and OEP models offer lift capacities of 1,200 to 2,500kg, while the OEP comes equipped with Ergolift – forks which can rise to waist height, creating an ergonomically-positioned setting-down surface for the order picker.

This ergonomic design is found elsewhere on the truck, as with the other models in the O-Range. A low-step in height and the 3D Step-In design helps increase efficiency and reduces the strain that can occur during intense order picking. The XControl steering wheel also puts the truck’s vital controls at the operator’s fingertips and is designed to give the driver better visibility when reversing, while also reducing strain.

During picking it is common for the operator to walk through the truck while carrying goods. To make this easier, the backrest height is optimised to provide excellent back support while also being low enough to prevent the operator hitting their elbows. In combination with a market leading platform width, the O-Range offers quicker and more ergonomic picking operation than ever.

            • OLH / OEH

            • Low level order pickers with driver lift

In today’s intense order picking environments, fast, ergonomic and cost-effective operation is essential. That’s exactly what the O-Range of low level order pickers offer.

Available with lifting capacities from 1,200 to 2,500kg, the OLH and OEH trucks place an emphasis on speed and efficiency, while also using ergonomic design to make the operator’s job easier and safer.

The OLH and OEH models feature a driver lift that makes order picking from level 2 possible, while the OEH also comes equipped with Ergolift – forks which can rise to waist height, creating an ergonomically-positioned setting-down surface for the order picker.

An order picker can get on and off the truck over 300 times during the course of an average shift, and will start and stop the truck just as often as they work through their picking list. In this kind of repetitive operation, small efficiency improvements can make a big effect on the overall operation and its bottom line.

Features like the truck’s low step height and 3D Step-In design make the operator’s work easier and strain-free during picking, while the trucks’ enhanced acceleration and Instant Launch technology can bring the truck quickly up to full speed once the picked goods have been loaded on the forks.

            • EPL

            • Medium level order picker

In any materials handling operation, we find the four basic handling functions; loading/unloading, horizontal transportation, stacking and order picking. All of which add to the cost and not the value of a product or service. The most labour intensive of all these is order picking. This also makes it the most expensive of all material handling functions. In fact the cost of order picking can be up to ten times the cost of the other three handling operations added together.

Faster performance in the other three handling methods will have an impact on saving money, but maximising the performance of the picking operation will create the largest and most significant cost reduction. Design, rather than luck, is the key to achieving this. The physical act of order picking an item from a storage location and placing it on the load carrier is limited in terms of performance improvement. However, the location of the picking stock and getting the operator closer to that location are the two main factors that can have a tremendous influence on reducing order picking costs.

Pickers struggling to access a product waste time and your money. Pickers that gain quick and easy access to a pick location get the job done efficiently. They make better use of the time available to them, thereby significantly helping to reduce costs. The UniCarriers EPL truck is designed to provide quick, ergonomic and cost-effective order picking. The EPL is a medium level order picking truck available in two basic configurations to facilitate order picking either from racking or shelving systems. The UniCarriers EPL 100 allows easy order picking from a height of 2800 mm to 3400 mm. By providing the operator with immediate free access to pick locations, the EPL reduces the time required for order picking, thereby cutting costs and increasing profitability.

            • EPM / EPH

            • Medium and High level order picker

The order pickers in the EP range both offer excellent lifting and driving performance. The driver-friendly ergonomic design can increase productivity, while the Pro-Access side gates and easy-to-use floor sensor ensure safe picking at all heights.

Safety is further enhanced by the trucks' high visibility levels and manoeuvrability, which reduce the risk of accidents, increasing uptime and productivity.

Highly adaptable controls means the trucks' cabins can be altered to suit every kind of operator, and easy battery access and modular design, which makes service and maintenance easier, give uptime a further boost.

            • OSP/OSH

            • Low-level order pickers with scissor lift

A picking truck is one of the highest intensity workplaces imaginable and order picking is the most expensive part of the material handling process. This was confirmed during development of our O-series: a new truck family designed by order pickers for order pickers.

Low-level picking at ground or 1st beam level requires a variety of specific models, determined by the structure of the picking process. There is a need to maximise efficiency in order to keep picking costs under control.

The O-series combines outstanding performance with unique ergonomics and safety, which keeps the total cost of ownership down.

The OSP and OSH models come equipped with scissor-lift forks that make the working environment even more ergonomic. The forks can be raised or lowered to provide a setting-down surface that is just the right height for the operator. This means the order picker doesn't have to bend down to place heavy picked items onto the forks, which significantly reduces strain on the body, especially the back and legs.

The design of the scissor-lift forks means they can handle the very heaviest loads. The OSP and OSH models have lifting capacities of 2 tons, more than the 1.2 ton capacity for the rising forks on our OEP and OEH models. If you're dealing with especially heavy items in your order picking, the OSP and OSH models make perfect partners.

The OSH also benefits from a lifting driver platform, which allows fast and safe order picking from the second level. The truck can also be driven when the platform is elevated, increasing efficiency further and making it easier for the picker to get the job done.

            • OTP

            • Tow tractor

OTP tow tractor and logistic train - the flexible solution

The most flexible way to transport things from A to B, is in many cases a Logistic Train. Whether it is Just in time production, feeding assembly lines with goods and components, or transporting waste, food or perhaps E-commerce Order picking, a tow tractor with suitable load carriers is usually the most efficient solution. Logistic trains are perfect to replace forklift trucks in operations with large material flow of multiple items.

The OTP-series combines both outstanding performance in Heavy Duty applications with unique ergonomics and safety, to keep total costs minimized. The OTP-series include two models with a towing capacity of 3000 kg or 5000 kg and can reach a maximum speed of up to 13 km/h. The wide range of towing connectors and power systems makes the OTP-series possible to fit in basically all new or existing logistic train applications.

          • Pallet trucks

          • Pallet trucks are a core element of any materials handling operation. Manual pedestrian pallet trucks are perfect for the efficient handling of heavy pallets over short distances in the warehouse, but our powered pedestrian and stand-on models (also known as PPTs, or powered pallet trucks) can offer a faster solution. Stand-in and sit-on pallet trucks offer the best of both worlds, and allow more comfort and efficiency over longer periods of use.
              • MDW / MDE

              • Compact pedestrian pallet truck

If you’re looking for a reliable pallet truck which won’t fail under tough conditions, the MD series could be the perfect choice.

These dependable pedestrian pallet trucks can be vital part of any material handling operation - whether you’re replenishing goods on a shop floor, transporting items over short distances in the warehouse, or even order picking.

The MD series has two models - the MDE, which has a forklift to allow higher lifting, and the MDW, a standard low-lifter.

Unlike UniCarriers’ other walkie trucks, the tiller arm on the MD trucks is placed in the centre of the chassis - a familiar configuration which will allow operators to get moving at normal efficiency, with no delays or adjustment time.

Like all UniCarriers trucks, both MD models have stability built-in - meaning they can handle uneven loading bays and ramps with ease. The parking brake will also automatically engage when the trucks are stopped on a ramp, when needed, giving you peace of mind and keeping accidents to a minimum.

A market-leading lift height of 135mm on the MDW means this truck can handle the most uneven surfaces without any problems, while additional features on both models, like regenerative brakes and versatile battery compartments, let these trucks go the distance between battery changes.

              • ALL / XLL

              • PLF

              • Pallet truck with folding platform

The PLE – two functions in one truck: a compact pedestrian pallet truck for heavy loads and an ergonomic lift function for easy picking.

Our PLE is ideal for shop floor replenishment, order picking and short-distance internal transport, for example in warehouses, supermarkets and production areas.

The versatile forklift truck is a lowlifter with an ergonomic lift function, taking the strain off the back.
To ensure operational efficiency, it can even handle two pallets at once – one on the forks and one low pallet on the straddles.

Climbing wheels in front of forks make it easy to handle many types of pallets and load carriers.

It is comfortable and safe to drive, while the narrow chassis enhances manoeuvrability also in confined spaces.

The low chassis gives the operator a clear view of the load and forks. Improving safety and visibility, the offset tiller arm allows the operator to walk beside the truck.
              • PLR

              • Rear-entry pallet truck with fixed platform

The PLR is a reliable rear-entry pallet truck with a fixed, well-dampened platform for intense loading and unloading, cross docking operations and internal transport.

Like the other machines in the P series, the PLR is built around a heavy-duty chassis that ensures safety and reliability for the operator. Three different chassis sizes are available - Mini, Junior and Senior - which give you a range of options when it comes to battery capacity and battery type. The Mini and Junior models are available with either fully-integrated Li-ION batteries or lead-acid batteries, while the Senior model is designed to fit larger lead-acid batteries, making it perfect for intense operations.

The PLR is recognisable by its fixed platform which is dampened to allow the driver to operate more comfortably and productively. The truck is available with optional adjustable dampening, which allows the driver to electrically adjust the level of dampening depending on their weight. On uneven surfaces, vibrations and shocks place a strain on the driver's legs, causing discomfort or even injury. With a dampened platform, driver comfort and safety is drastically improved.

Two models of the PLR are available, offering lift capacities of 2,000 or 2,500 kilograms. And like the other trucks in the P series, it has been designed with our traction, damping and stability (TDS) concept in mind, which ensures excellent truck performance in all conditions - even when the driving surface is wet or uneven.
              • PLS
