      • Calibration

      • The vision ability is brought to the robot by combining cameras, sensors, vision algorithms and calibration. Calibration of robot vision systems depends on their complexity, but is always a key factor to the successful system installation on the production line.

        Robo3DVision has developed a powerful toolset for automatic calibration of robot vision systems. It consists of three modules for camera, laser-based tools and TCP calibration. You can calibrate a wide range of robot vision systems, from the simplest ones with a single camera, distance sensor or laser scanner (e.g. seam tracking systems) to the most complex ones that use any combination of the vision hardware (e.g. Adaptive Vision System).
