              • LOW-PROFILE LIFT TABLE FE

              • The FE series has been developed for optimal handling of pallets, mesh box pallets and other transport containers. The recesses in the platform allow floor-level feeding with a hand pallet truck. Lift tables of this series are available for payloads of up to 2000 kg. Optionally in semi-mobile version (movable without resting load) or for stationary use.

Especially developed for ergonomic and safe handling of euro pallets, box pallets and similar load carriers (open bottom type), this lift table is one of the most popular low profile lift tables worldwide.

Short reaching distances to the load

The table platform is barely larger than a standard Euro pallet. Thus the operator has only short reaching distances to the load. He can stand (foot clearance) comfortably and work from all sides on the lifting platform.

The 910 mm wide standard lifting platform is tailored to the Euro pallet (1200 x 800 mm). In addition, the lift table is serially produced with 1150 mm width, for example for the euro industrial pallet. Customized special sizes also be realized, of course.

              • COMPACT LIFT TABLE FK

              • The FK series (single scissors) can be used starting from a design height of 180 mm and a load capacity of up to 10,000 kg. The compact lift table can achieve a lifting height of 1,800 mm and features a compact design.

                FK Series: Powerful and versatile

As reply to the growing demand, whether Flexlift can also deliver hydraulic compact lift table in the proven Flexlift quality and design, Flexlift has extended their product portfolio and released a first model series. For this purpose, the scissor and frame construction knowledge for mechanical lift tables had to be combined with the experiences in the hydraulic sector.

              • SPINDLE LIFT TABLE SFL

              • Flexlift spindle lift tables of the SFL series were developed for the highest demands of automotive industry and plant engineering. Since 1995, we have sold more than 9000 units. With a design height of 200 to 600 mm, load capacities of up to 12,000 kg can be implemented. Depending on the customer requirements, lifting heights from 100 to 5000 mm are possible. All spindle lift tables comply with EN 1570 and the extended safety regulations of the automotive industry.

                Oil-free, precise, reliable

Flexlift spindle lift tables are characterized by high positioning accuracy (+/- 1 mm), stopping accuracy (+/- 0.5 mm) and repeatability (+/- 1 mm).

The extremely stable tables show very little deflection during load reversal and run very quietly, evenly and smoothly at the converter. Thanks to the used drive system with over-dimensioned, high-quality ball screw, high-precision mechanical components and gear brake motors for S3 operation, the spindle lift table can also be used for applications with a high number of cycles while ensuring long service life.

Like no other lift table, this lift table is also suitable for very gentle handling of sensitive goods, such as glass, ceramics and electronics.

              • BELT LIFT TABLE RFK

              • Belt Lift Tables

Flexlift already developed lift tables with belt drive at the beginning of the 80s. However, due to a lack of suitable belts and drives, this development was not further pursued at that time. When a demand for alternatives to spindle drives started to appear around 2000, the design principle was revisited. Today, Flexlift offers belt lift tables in three different designs for different application cases.

The “RFK” series has proven itself as particularly powerful and universally usable. Similary to Flexlift low-profile lift tables, this series is based on a wedge spreading system. The applications cover assembly lift tables (ergonomics) to system lift tables as heavy-duty versions. The belt lift tables have been continuously further developed. In the meantime, they present an optimum with respect to availability, low maintenance effort and quick spare parts replacement.

As one of the results, Flexlift is considered as one of the market leaders in this area. Until now (status of August 2014), Flexlift has sold approx. 9500 belt lift tables worldwide. In addition to automotive manufacturers, aircraft construction, pharmaceutical and chemical industry and the food industry are customers of these lift tables.

                  • LOW-PROFILE LIFT TABLE FE-A

                  • Flexlift FE-A Series: Safe Working without Tripping hazards

Tripping hazards belong to the most frequent accident causes in the workplace. Unfortunately, low-profile lift tables often hold tripping hazards: Here, the aggregate unit is mostly a separate unit. Hydraulic hoses and electrical cables are then often on the ground in the area of the lift table.

This is not the case for this variant of the “FE” Flexlift: Aggregate and control are here accommodated in the back on the platform, power is supplied from above via a coiled cable: The result: no more loose hoses and cables around the lift table. The control panel attached to one arm can be conveniently reached in all lifting positions. The arm can be swivelled to both sides, so that the lift table can be used from all sides.

                  • LOW-PROFILE LIFT TABLE FE-CE

                  • Flexlift Low-profile Lift Tables of the F-CE Series

The F-CE series offers low-profile lift tables with rectangular, closed platform, with load capacities from 300 kg to 2500 kg, a variety of platform sizes and lifting heights up to 950 mm. These tables are designed for the ergonomics area:

Whether at the pick & pack workstation as height-adjustable assembly table or for material provisioning at a machine tool: A lift table of the F-CE series is the method of choice for these and numerous further applications for a safe and ergonomic workstation design.

Lowered, the lift table is extremely low (starting from 70 mm for a load capacity of 500 kg). It can be approached and loaded without pit installation, using a short levelling ramp available as accessory item.

                  • LOW-PROFILE LIFT TABLE FM

                  • Flexlift FM Series - the All-Rounder

The FM series is the “all-rounder” under the Flexlift low-profile lifting tables. The special design of this lift table ensures high stability and allows the adjustment in length, width and height to the respective requirements.

Originally designed for very small lift tables (from a width of 400 mm), this design also supports tables for very high loads (up to 8000 kg), high lifting heights (up to 1500 mm) and large platforms (e.g. 6 x 3 m) with design heights between 55 and 160 mm. The Flexlift FM is the basis for many customer-specific special solutions. Whether in stainless steel, as tilt table or arranged in series, the FM series offers many application possibilities.

Your ideas and our design often result in the right solution for your requirements. The FM series can be easily and cost-effectively realized as EX version according to ATEX. FLEXLIFT is the only manufacturer in Germany offering their low-profile lift tables in an ATEX version.

                  • LOW-PROFILE LIFT TABLE FMA

                  • Flexlift “FMA” the Export for Trolleys

The “FMA” series was specially developed for trolleys, shelf trolleys and other load carriers with rollers. The trolley is pushed almost at floor level onto the two “skids” of the lowered lift table.

The recesses in the skids ensure correct trolley positioning on the lift table, with the operator lifting the trolley to the desired height. During lifting, two trolley rollers enter the recesses slightly. This way, the trolley is automatically safeguarded against rolling away and falling.

This design is also equipped with all necessary protective equipment, such as all-around foot protection contact strip, pipe breakage protection and pressure relief valve. The lift table design can be adjusted to a variety of transport trolley available in the market.

                  • LOW-PROFILE LIFT TABLE FDS

                  • FLEXLIFT FDS Series

The lifting height of the “FDS” low-profile lift table can be controlled with a short platform thanks to its special double-scissor design, and this with a very low design height. For example, tables with 1000 mm lifting height (height of the standing workstation) have a length of 1400 mm only. The lift table offers all-around foot clearance for the user, making the table an ideal workstation lift table.

The double scissors are nested. As a result, its height is the same as for single scissors. For this reason, the lowered lift table can be loaded without pit installation using a pallet truck, e.g., using a levelled ramp available as accessory item. The lift tables are available for load capacities from 500 kg to 1500 kg and for lifting heights from 800 mm to 1500 mm. The devices comply with the Machinery Directive (CE) and the safety regulations for scissor lifts (DIN EN 1570).
