Product Portfolio
  • Level measuring method

      • Float switch

      • They are used for level monitoring in tanks containing a wide variety of fluids.
The design of the ENGLER float switch is intended to permit its application in wide ranging different industrial sectors. Reed contacts are used as switching elements. These are provided with an inert gas filling. They are actuated on a no-contact basis by a magnet cast into the float switch. If the float reaches the switching range of a reed contact, the magnet emits a switching signal. Using switching elements positioned one above the other, it is possible to check different levels with a single device. The various ENGLER float switch designs permit the optimum constellation to be put together for practically every application.
      • Analogue level measurement

      • The ENGLER ANM... level controller is a no-contact solenoid switch used for continuous level measurement. Its special design allows a resolution of 2.5 mm, so far unique in the marketplace. This allows minimal level quantities to be measured even in large tanks.
A wide range of different connection and fastening methods allow widespread use of ENGLER ANM devices throughout the whole industry. For example for water treatment, hydraulic and lubrication systems...

ENGLER analogue level measuring instruments are available with a current signal 4-20mA, and with voltage signal 0-10V.
      • Mini float switch

      • Engler mini float switches are characterized by its compact and efficient design especially in the
field of small vessel, system and aggregate monitoring. The M60 series offers the user a wide range of standardized types regarding connection, fastening, material, functions as well as the possibility to assemble the mini float switch custom-made for its process. Despite of attractive globally competitive prices Engler also offers in this segment first-class quality and a high level of service, flexibility and customer service.
Optionally it is possible to combine the level monitoring with temperature switches or temperature sensors and thus to reach an even better efficiency in the process of the user.
      • Adjustable float switch

      • The switching points can be individually adjusted by means of different contact adjustments by the user.
      • Level Control

      • Engler offers now as an add-on to the product line “float switches” the possibility to upgrade the series with a competitive Min-Max-level control. A relay will be switched “on” or “off” at the level switching points being defined by the end-user. The functions are adjustable at the device.
Characteristical application: Control of pumps: Filling / Draining
In combination with all float switch designs with housing, e. g. designs 1, 3 and 7.available.
      • Temperature and level measurement PAN-1

      • The analogue level and temperature measurement PAN can be set via menu navigation on the display individually by the user. For this purpose, two switching outputs as well as one analogue output 4-20 mA each for level and temperature are provided.
    • Level/temperature measuring method, combined

        • Adjustable temperature control device with float switch

        • With these devices, both temperature and levels are recorded and processed. The temperature steps can be adjusted individually by the user. In conjunction with multiple outputs and process connections individual demands can be met.
        • Electronic temperature switch with float switch

        • With these devices, both temperature and levels are recorded and processed. By specifying upper and lower temperature limiting value, degree accurate measurements can be made. In conjunction with multiple outputs and process connections individual demands can be met.
        • Mini float switch with bimetal temperature switch

        • Engler mini float switches are characterized by its compact and efficient design especially in the field of small vessel, system and aggregate monitoring.
        • Float switch with temperature sensor (analogue output)

        • The float switch is combined with a temperature sensor and has an analogue temperature output signal of 4-20 mA at 0-100 ° C.
        • Analogue level and temperature measurement

        • These devices have analogue output signals for level and temperature 4-20 mA or 0-10 V.
        • Float switch with bimetal temperature switch

        • Temperature switches are bimetal switches. Due to the low design height and very favourable price, these are a popular alternative for temperature measurement. The combination of temperature switch and float switch in one device is a variant with widespread use in industry.
        • Float switch with temperature sensor

        • Platinum measuring resistors in accordance with DIN 43760 are used in all float switches with PT100 temperature sensor. PT100 temperature sensors can be configured in 2, 3 or 4-wire technology. In conjunction with float switches, this combination presents a space-saving and low-cost variant. For evaluation of measured temperatures, our temperature display and evaluation instruments DA-1 and DA-1T are available.
